SHOPIFY COMMERCE
ENGINEERING.
Theme. Headless. Apps. Architecture.
Make Shopify work like a real business system — storefronts that convert, integrations that stay in sync, and an engineering team that owns the whole thing for you.
//What we engineer
Five capabilities. One standard.
We do not sell hours or pages. We engineer five kinds of systems — and everything else is out of scope by design.
/01
Theme Engineering
主题工程
Engineering a scalable Shopify theme system that merchants can edit, teams can maintain, and apps can extend.

//How we think
Storefront → Shopify → Apps → External systems
Every engagement starts with the same question: where does the data flow, and who owns it? The answer decides whether the right build is a theme, headless, an app, or an integration.

New-customer gift program — live in 15 days across US, EU and UK
The gift-with-purchase program needed a landing page, product-page embed, cart threshold reminder, post-order eligibility check, order tagging, shipment detection and exception alerts — on three markets at once, without touching the existing new-customer signup and 9% discount flow already in production.

Dedicated SKUs for customizable products — zero extra steps for shoppers
When selling engraveable / customizable goods, custom variants need distinct SKUs so orders, inventory and ERP can tell custom from standard — with independent pricing or stock policies, and clean fulfillment and after-sales. But shoppers must not see extra steps.

Market-aware SKU filtering in Liquid — one theme, five markets
A multi-market catalog needed the storefront to show only the SKUs valid for the shopper’s current market — filtering out inapplicable variants — while keeping the existing Color / Size picker, price, inventory and add-to-cart untouched, without IP detection or a separate SKU management system.

Automatic discount price display — show sale prices before the cart
Shopify automatic discounts only apply in cart and checkout — product cards and PDPs show the full price, so shoppers never see the sale. The fix had to show discounted prices and strikethrough originals on cards, PDP and Quick Add, at variant level, in real time, without extra collection-page API calls.

//When to use us
We are the right call when the problem is architectural
Not every Shopify project needs us. These four usually do.
01
Theme re-architecture
Campaigns keep breaking the storefront. Sections, blocks and content model need to be rebuilt properly.
02
Headless evaluation
The frontend needs to change — but you need someone to say whether it should, and how to get there.
03
Custom app & logic
A business rule native Shopify cannot express: approvals, validation, pricing, admin tools.
04
Complex integration
ERP, OMS, PIM, markets, B2B — multiple systems that need one owner for the data flow.
//Engineering stack
Every technology, tied to a problem
A skill wall proves nothing. This is what each tool is actually for.

//Process
From discovery to retainer
A delivery pipeline that lowers risk at every step.
01
Discovery
Audit the existing system, capture the real business problem, define success metrics.
02
Architecture
Decide the shape: theme system, headless, app, or integration. Document every key decision.
03
Build
Engineer with version control, review, and a design system. No one-off hacks.
04
QA
Performance budget, accessibility, theme checks, and automated regression before launch.
05
Launch
Edge caching, redirects, monitoring, and a performance baseline you can defend.
06
Retainer
Version upgrades, technical debt, and continuous iteration after go-live.
//Insights
Engineering notes, not marketing copy
Building a Metaobject content model that merchants can actually edit
Metaobjects are powerful — and easy to misuse. How to model campaign content so operators stay self-sufficient and the codebase stays clean.
When NOT to go headless: a decision framework
Headless is a tool, not a trophy. A concrete framework for deciding when a theme is still the right architecture.
Theme App Extensions: the contract your theme needs
Stop patching theme code for every app. A Theme App Extension contract keeps merchants, developers and apps stable.
